chocolate party update.
ok.
i'm back to blogging.
haven't been able to do so, mainly because i've got no work.
and nothing much to blog about.
but the past week's been good.
:)
last sunday was the first makan kaki's outing!
(all pictures have been *koped* from shaz&aidil and hana; thank you!!!)
brought him along and it was great fun!
our contribution was chocolate panna cotta, plus smuckers, in butterscotch and chocolate.
in a nifty styrofoam box he claims fishermen carry around...
anyways, i realise i don't fair well in groups.
this i've learnt, for quite some time, from my outings with F6.
because, i'm usually a spectator, watching their antics.

i thought i'm quite becok.
and most times, i am.
but during the makan outing, i realised, i had an *ally mcbeal moment* (habz started it... will elaborate later)
me picturing myself floating out of my body... and floating above the group...
silently tsk-tsk ing myself because i wasn't talking much.
now that i've described the moment, it sounds creepy
maybe because i only knew shaz & aidil, and this outing, it being the sort where a whole bunch of people meet for the first time, was a first for me.
i was definitely nervous.
and being there, eating chocolate with a bunch of young strangers... made me even more nervous.
BUT, at the end of it all, i was very very glad i came.
i ate alot. (hahaHA. there goes the diet)
i laughed alot.
i listened.
and i shared.

i made new friends. and i hope to see them again soon, because they were a lovely bunch.
and i aim to be more becok next time round.
it was our first time at botanic gardens.
and since we had to rush back, we didn't have time to explore the whole place.
i must say, botanic garden's not a bad place to hang out.

i've got lots to update but i'll do that another day...
