two point 5

two and a half hours ago i was happy.
updating on settlers'.

and now i can't sleep. again.
thinking of things i've said and done.
of the what-ifs, the regrets.
those i've hurt.
and those i've lost.

it's sickening.
how i get to a high
and then, it all pops into the head
then i'm back to being this.

it'll be the end of me.
