white chocolate mess
baking, or anything related to it, has never been something i'm good at.
so when i embarked on this white chocolate idea,
i thought hey, they said it's easy... so why not?
they, in this case, were the websites i checked out and a friend's mom who does choc stuffs and of cors, yus.
my first attempt at melting chocolate was, bad.
i chunked the whole bar in and got impatient.
tak melt melt. so i took it off the double boiler and just heated it above the stove.
the white choc caramelized and turned brown.
my second attempt, yus suggested microwaving the choc.
chopped the bar into teenie pieces and stuff it into the microwave.
the top melted, and the bottom hangus.
my third attempt today, thanx to ain, was good.
coz i grated the choc and double-boiled it... and the choc melted so wonderfully.
*yey*
so i was happy. i only made 57, using 1 and a half bar of white choc. i still have 2 bars left from the 1 kg of choc i bought.
no, it's not for raya.
for me! to eat. and be happy with the fact that i survived white chocolate...
