a lot of times you think about your regretsor what you could have done betterand sometimes, the things you could have done betteryou didnt.even if you had the opportunities to.many reasons to why you never did them better.then sometimes you beat yourself up for wasting those chances.it takes a while to get yourself up.maybe because i don't let my emotions control me -- that doesn't help.at all.i shall move on to other things...
